Chasing Ice

I was lucky enough to see a free screening of Chasing Ice last night and I was blown away. It looks to be the most important environmental film since End of the Line, telling the story of our changing climate.

As a scientist I revolve around data and weight of evidence. The weight of evidence for climate change is overwhelming, but it’s dogged by controversy where there is none. For many though, data and evidence is not enough, and the constant bad news stories in the media have made the public numb to a very real threat.

Sometimes, it takes a very bold approach to bring the issue home – and this is the essence of Chasing Ice. If you haven’t seen it then look for a screening near you.
