Invited to Speak at TEDxQMUL

I’m very excited to share the news that I’ve been selected to give a TEDx talk!

TED is all about spreading ideas, and the simple message that I’d like to share is about optimism and hope in conservation. These are topics that readers of my blog are probably familiar with; but it’s wonderful to be able to bring that message to an audience that may have never thought about conservation in that way.

It’s been quite a long selection process to get to this point, and I’ve enjoyed hearing all sorts of exciting ideas from many inspiring individuals.

Overall though, I feel very lucky to be able to talk about a topic that I’m so passionate about, please help spread the word!

Event Details:

Date: 18th June, 2015

Venue: Arts 2 Studio, Mile End, Queen Mary University of London

Speakers: A full list should be on this page soon.

Lastly: Here’s a link to tickets.

Hopefully the talk will go online sometime shortly after the event.

P.S. I can’t resist posting a link to my favorite TED talks!
