Volunteering With Sea Turtles On Boavista

I’m sometimes a tiny bit cynical when it comes to conservation projects in true paradise (beaches, blue skies etc..), especially when it comes to sea turtles. Everyone wants to work with sea turtles…

So when I hear about a project that really is worthwhile, then it’s worth shouting about it. A friend of mine Dr Chris Eizaguirre and co. have been involved with turtle research out on Cape Verde for a few years and the results (and importantly papers and news articles), are really impressive.

So for budding marine conservationists, it looks like a good opportunity. Here’s the Flyer!
